DAILY LOVE TIP – Saturday July 16, 2011

We made an early start to this new day by going over and visiting our neighbourhood “Garden Gnome” and Guru, PAUL – our local organic gardening man….walking the garden rows of such ALIVE broccoli and parsley sprinkled with yesterdays rain glistening and sparkling in the early morning winter sun….munching and chomping a broccoli breakfast as we go filling our basket to overflowing…….feels like if this is all that happens today I am so very blessed and FULL – of so much more than just broccoli and parsley and green energy…….:O)

How grateful I am that people like Paul grow my food with such LOVE and devotion…..and he’s 5 minutes away…..and then 5 minutes in the other direction is SAM – http://www.naturisme.com.au who runs our weekly local organic food co-op with the same amount of LOVE and dedication who had our weekly box of food ready for us on Thursday afternoon to come home to………these are part of what HOME means for me…..

and then I think of Seattle and more dedicated and LOVE-ing folks –

Susan and Louise & Greg from Perth & Shelton

SUSAN and TOM of

RAW VEGAN SOURCE – http://www.RawVeganSource.com

and their beautiful garden

……..and the team of wonderful folks at THRIVE – http://www.generationthrive.com/ –  thank you Monika for your vision and hard work –

and there are so many, many, many  more………….ALL of you who FEED and NOURISH me in so many ways ……THANK YOU!!……..my cells dance with JOY and ALIVENESS and GRATITUDE….and I feel so nourished!

And I catch myself walking around with a voice saying in my head – “I just can’t believe how good it is”………and then there it is repeated again…..how amazing is the tenacity of these ‘old survival’ Voices from the past.

I remind myself…Change your thinking, Change your life! and I replace this with –

And it does get better and better – just simply by me opening more and more to it ALL – whatever and wherever it is! I am taken care of and nourished……

And the afternoon does get better as our extended family gathers for lunch at the SOUL TREE cafe – www.thesoultree.com.au

Living in the Hills on ‘the outskirts’ of Perth is such a wonderful place to call HOME.

For those of you reading who are from Western Australia who don’t live here in the Hills why not treat yourself to a visit…… and for the others from elsewhere nourish your soul and your cells by finding some place where you can be close to Nature and Food and Flowers growing in the earth……

Question for you: What do you tell yourself when good comes into your life♥

One friend has a Part of him that tells him to be cautious in saying and celebrating when things are going great and reminds him of the book The Good Earth which is a story about a Chinese farmer who after years of terrible drought and misfortune everything starts going great for him……who is guarded about expressing it because the gods may take it all away from him…. And another who gets nervous when things are going so well because he has been brought up with a Jewish saying – “Don’t sing in the morning because you will be crying in the evening”……

Questions for you: Do any of these resonate for you♥

Do you have similar beliefs and thus stories you tell yourself♥

Is it safe and do you have permission inside you to thoroughly enjoy the good in your life♥

I’ve decided to add in a new option to the posts. You will have noticed over the last few posts I have been naming topics to choose to share about using the MIRRORING exercise. Quite often people want ideas of ‘neutral’ topics to talk about to practice the skills so I thought I would offer suggestions from the topic of the blog post. Enjoy!

MIRRORING Topics: Nourishment; Garden, Broccoli, Abundance :O)

With gratitude and ♥LOVE from a deeply nourished and happy Susie

Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it
and believe it’s possible for you. And then close your eyes every day for
several minutes, and visualize having what you already want, feeling the
feelings of already having it. Come out of that and focus on what you’re
grateful for already, and really enjoy it. Then go into your day and release
it to the Universe and trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.
