Hello ♥LOVELIES,

I’m enjoying watching this video each day…. Jan 2nd –

Today time and a sense of wonder stood out – oh how I feel my heart physically opening….like this deep visceral response – as I watch his flowers opening……..And it’s not just another day…♥°*”˜ ♥♥♥˜”*°•.•.¸♥

I’ve also been reflecting on and are curious about what I said about wondering whether anyone is out there at times and hungering for some connection ♥♥♥ ♥°*”˜ ♥♥♥˜”*°•.•.¸♥ :O)….. especially whilst replying to the comment ♥Elizabeth made – dear valued and soulful ♥Elizabeth who regularly shows up and ‘listens’ and shares from such a generous open-♥hearted place and whose appreciations and acknowledgments fill my heart and soul……….and do quench that hunger…..

This hunger to hear from people comes up again and again for me….and it has been feeling strong so I thought it a good idea to explore how to quench it at this beginning to this new year…..And oh no, not again,….. is what I am imagining those of you who have been reading the blog regularly might be saying……♥ Are you♥

I guess what it is about is personal energy is such a priority for me – being in relationship with others, being a part of community, connecting,…..It’s like I am having a chat with you sharing about my opinion on all these wonderful ideas and stories and quotes and videos…..and I want to hear what you think and feel and how things impact you…to ♥connect,….to ♥interact……..to share heart to heart♥……

I recall a post where I talk about Oprah needing an audience – see ♥ DAILY LOVE TIP – Thursday September 22, 2011…. – http://susiesheartpathblog.wordpress.com/2011/09/22/unravelling-the-unexpected/ ….In fact that post is about this whole topic of me valuing feedback, about knowing whether I make sense, about whether to do more of what I’m doing…..or less….and that what is of primary importance for me is RELATIONSHIP of course!!

……And I do have another voice that says I shouldn’t need it from you….I should just be

giving unconditionally with no expectation of anything in return …..Yes I know it is a ♥SIMU (Story I Make Up) and it is a judgement of myself but hey I’m human!!

I’m going to repeat a quote from that post that I love by Jeremy Rifkin:

OK – so I get it!! – I need to repeat my request/invitation from that post:

Would you (meaning any and all of you out there in blog community land reading this) be willing to commit to making a comment on the blog a minimum of once a week/fortnight/month – whatever works for you – for the next month or so♥

This is touching on the whole area in Imago theory about how to share your frustrations and to do what we call Restructure Frustrations into Behaviour Change Requests (BCRs for short)….I will share a bit about this in my next post.

I’m imagining this could be a good G-R-O-W-T-H   E-D-G-E for some of you – to voice your opinion and to be heard and to be seen for what you think and feel….By the way it has actually amazed me how writing regularly for the blog has S-T-R-E-T-C-H-E-D and expanded me and grown some very important and precious parts of me….

I do want to take the opportunity to say A BIG THANK ♥YOU to ♥Hilary and ♥Elizabeth – you have both taken up the challenge of committing to posting and your visits and chats are wonderful for me……And to ♥Anne, ♥Freea and ♥Catriona I so appreciate you ‘dropping by’ and sharing regularly as well…and ♥Chris, ♥Annie, ♥Jodie, ♥Rebecca, ♥Faye, ♥Kristine and ♥Gaelia – you’ve also gifted and delighted me many times with your presence and your sharing and for forwarding the blog onto your networks……And as Elizabeth bets, there are many others here too –THANK ♥YOU to all you ♥LOVELIES for continuing to read….and for reflecting on and ‘tossing’ the ideas in the posts around…..
