DAILY LOVE TIP – Friday August 26, 2011

Hellllloooooo! It’s ♥FuN fRiDAy again! Yay!!….. how have you been going with exploring having ♥FuN and being playful♥ Has it been easy or hard or downright impossible♥ Have you just quickly read through but not really had a go at any new behaviours♥

I'm looking forward to photos from you having a go at experiementing and doing something new- maybe being a bit outrageous - maybe getting out of your comfort zone..........maybe you might get invited to an afternoon tea party or better still  A Teddy Bears' Afternoon Tea Party Picnic.....like someone that we all know and LOVE and adore did.............see if you can spot him 'in disguise' in the picture below :O)....

If you go out in the woods today
You're sure of a big surprise.

For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
                                    Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic..............

and YES! they all enjoyed the raw cacao mint ‘cheesecake’ liberally sprinkled with cacao nibs & goji berries......by the way I thought I would be deluged with veritable thousands wanting the recipe for my amazing looking cheesecake in the DAILY LOVE TIP – Sat August 20........did you see it ♥.........but only one request!!......oh well I'm making another tomorrow as a surprise treat for the folks at our workshop this weekend.......:O)

So here's another opportunity to discover more about yourself by answering -  

Questions for you: What were your favourite games you liked to play when you were a kid....Is it easy for you to be playful♥..... to be spontaneous♥ to be silly♥.....to 'muck' around♥

Did you know that having ♥FuN and laughing and being happy is good for your physical health as well as your emotional health♥ - it strengthens your immune system.

Many studies show that even smiling produces happiness chemicals such as endorphins while "frowning triggers the secretion of the stress hormones cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline, chemicals that increase your blood pressure, weaken your immune system, and increase your susceptibility to depression and anxiety..... Smiling decreases these substabnces and produces happiness chemicals such as endorphins and immune-boosting killer T-cells, relaxing muscles, reducing pain and accelerating healing" And laughing multiplies the benefits!! (source - Happy For No Reason - what a  great book by Marci Shimoff - one in the list I am reading at the moment... )

The statistics show people who score high on happiness and optimism scales rate highest in terms of general health and well-being and healing and survival from serious illness  as well as living longer......if you aren't comfortable with being happy and playful and having ♥FuN then there is a lot at risk.

This of course impacts the quality of all your relationships.....your primary partner relationship, your parenting, your friendships....and so on...and especially if you are going through a particularly stressful or conflictual time in your relationship is when you most need to have your playing and ♥FuN muscles already developed.....so you can use them!

So what's some things that you like to do that are ♥FuN and playful or you being silly... they can be big things or little things.....things that take a l-ooooooo-n-g   s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out time or just a few short moments.........
